  • GGS Tours acts solely as an agent for the Operators. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Operators or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
  • You acknowledge that participation in tours and activities carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with your participation.

8. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
  • Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail and chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
