Refund Policy Overview

At GGS Tours, we strive to provide the best possible experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Standard Tours & Excursions

  • Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before Tour Date: Full refund.
  • Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Tour Date: No refund. This is due to the operational costs and commitments made in advance for your booking.
  • No-Shows: No refund will be issued for no-shows.
  • Late Arrivals: GGS Tours is not responsible for late arrivals due to traffic, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed tours due to late arrival.

2. Private & Custom Tours

  • Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Tour Date: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 3-6 Days Before Tour Date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours (3 Days) Before Tour Date: No refund.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • In the event that GGS Tours cancels a tour due to severe weather conditions (e.g., hurricane, tropical storm) making the activity unsafe, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • If a tour operator cancels due to light rain or other minor weather conditions, standard cancellation policies apply. We generally operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the tour operator.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and it may take longer for the refund to reflect on your statement.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to sunshine@ggstoursupport.com or by calling us directly at 1 876-829-2598 (Owner) or 1 876-839-2974 (Sales Rep). Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
